No doubt about it- these boots are attention-getters, even in brown. They fit true to size in the footbed. Seem to run a bit narrow, but the leather is soft enough that it's not an issue. My only fit complaint is that they aren't at all adjustable- the laces are strictly "for show". The Chocolat Blu version of the double lace-up actually allows you to customize your fit to your leg. This one you can't, so mine are a bit loose through the leg. However, this means they look great over jeans. Only other complaint is the brown color is a little too shiny-fakey. But they will look a lot better once they're broken in.
